Where do your stars come from?
Our products are sourced directly from the Herrnhuter Sterne Manufactory in Herrnhut, Saxony. If you get the chance to visit a tour of the star factory is a must!
A part on my Star has broken can I get a replacement part?
Of Course! Please visit the Replacement parts section and browse our offerings.
Does my star come with the power cord?
Yes! All stars come with their accompany power source which can be plugged directly into a standard US electrical outlet No! Every star purchased includes US compatible adapter.
Where can I hang my star?
Due to their delicate material, our paper stars (i4, i6, i8) are for indoor use only. Our larger plastic stars (A4, A7, A13) can be used indoors and outdoors. Our smaller plastic stars (A1e, mini stars) are for indoor use only.
I went to all the German Christmas Markets this year, but they wouldn’t sell me a US convertor for my star. Can I purchase one from you?

Do I have to put the star together myself?
Yes, our larger stars (A4, A7, A1s, i4, i6, i8) ship unassembled.
How long does a star take to put together? Can I do it on my own?
Our stars take between 45 minutes to 1 hour to put together on average. Each unassembled star includes clear instructions in English as well as tools to help you put your star together.
